IDENTITY CARD

An identity card is issued to every student of the college in the beginning of the session. Students must keep the identity card always with them during their stay in to the college. If a student loses its card, she should immediately get the new one from the library. Students must read the rules mentioned in the identity card and adhere to them.

ATTENDANCE

The name of the students will be struck off who is habitually irregular in class. If the student absent from the college continuously for 7 working days without application her name may be struck off from the college rolls. She may be re-admitted on payment of re-admission fee along with absence fine for all the days of her absence. If the name of the student is struck off from the college, her lectures shall not be counted till she is re-admitted.

To earn eligibility for appearing in the University Examination, a student must attend at least 75% of the lectures delivered in each subject. Lectures in text and composition, theory and practical will be counted separately.

If a student does not clear the conditions laid down by the University for appearing in the final examination on the basis of house examination/attendance, she is liable to lose a year. She cannot appear in the capacity of a private candidate without special permission.

FINE

Be Alert Now the fine for absentee will be charged one time as per university rules i.e. Rs. 5/- per period. Exemption from fine will be purely on the basis of submitting medical certificate or leave applications duly signed by your parents and sanctioned by your class incharges mentioned below:-

CONDONING OF LECTURES

Students should be regular in attending classes. If a student falls short of attendance, she cannot sit for the University Examination. Condoning of lectures in the case of sickness or any other convincing reason is at the discretion of the Principal.

LEAVE RULES

  1. A students must avail the leave only when it is absolutely required
  2. Get your leave sanctioned before hand i.e up to 2 leaves from the class Incharge more then 2 leaves from the principal
  3. For medical leave a certificate from the medical practioner must accompany your leave application submit it immediately of going the college
  4. Leave should be applied on a printed application duly signed by your parents / guardians
  5. The student who wants to withdraw from the college in between the session must submit an application purpose. A permission letter of parents/guardians must accompany the application before leaving the college . students must clear all her dues.

LIBRARY RULES

  • Library remains open for students from 9:00 to 2:00 pm. on wards except on all the working days.
  • A student, who loses defaces or otherwise damages a book shall have to pay the full cost of the book. Students are advised to carefully check the books before getting them issued.
  • Absence from college will not be accepted as an excuse for not returning the books on due dates.
  • Students will not take cuttings from library books, newspapers or periodicals.
  • Students should deposit their personal books, purses etc. before entering the library.
  • 2Rs/day will be charged as a fine for not returning the book in time. Rs.50 will be charged for issuing new I-Card
